Porridge Knitwear Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for your Porridge Knitwear order. We are committed to getting your beautiful knitwear to you as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
UK Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We offer the following shipping options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: This is our standard shipping service. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: For a faster service, you can select this option at checkout. Estimated delivery is 1-2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choice of service. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel's journey on the Royal Mail website.
Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if it is left unclaimed at a Royal Mail sorting office, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Porridge Knitwear is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed over to Royal Mail. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the postal service.
