Porridge Knitwear Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Porridge Knitwear. We hope you love your new item! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the strict conditions outlined below.

 

Returns Conditions

 

All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

 

How to Return an Item

 

  1. Contact Us First: Before sending your return, please email us at [your email address here] to notify us of your intent to return an item. Please include your order number in the subject line.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible, along with a note including your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

  3. Send Your Return: The cost of the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

We do not  currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest and most reliable way to get a new item is to follow our standard returns process for a full refund and then place a new order for the item you would like.

This ensures that your desired item is in stock and can be shipped to you without delay. All exchanges are subject to the same strict returns conditions detailed above.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected based on our returns conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
